Enventure was awarded a project extension for BIM Support from a large AEC in the US

Portsmouth, NH November 15, 2019 –Enventure announced the renewal of one of its key contracts, to provide engineering support services to one of the largest Architecture and Engineering client in North America. Enventure will support the client by setting up an offshore team of Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Civil and Structural engineers. The scope of support has grown over time and today it extends from developing building engineering designing to BIM Modelling, BIM Estimation, MEP Design Validation, 3D Visualization and Structural Design & Drafting.

The client is one of the largest Architecture and Engineering Company, focussed on engineering, construction, and procurement offerings. As a global leading Design&Build company the client has over 30 years of experience in delivering superior turn key projects.

The extension of this project adds various new responsibilities to Enventure, such as:

BIM Modelling

• Develop a BIM Ecosystem
• High quality 3D Visualizations
• Help automate quantity take-off and cost estimations

Civil & Structural Support

• GA drawings for Foundations
• Structural steel design & detailing
• Fabrication Drawings for Structures
• Coordination with architectural drawings & other MEP services

Architectural Support

• Developing architectural working drawings from the concept provided
• Coordination with structural drawing & other MEP services

HVACSupport

• HVAC design with thermal calculations and detailing
• Preparation of Technical Specifications for HVAC system
• Coordination with architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing services to integrate the HVAC system

Plumbing Support

• Plumbing design for Utility Services like Water, Air, Special Fluids etc. (Water supply, Drainage, Firefighting, Fire suppression, Medical gas, Natural gas)
• Blown up details of specified areas
• Coordination with Architectural, Structural, Electrical and HVAC services

Electrical Support

• Electrical Design
• Electrical Schematics, Single Line Diagrams (low currents, power, lighting, medium voltage etc.)
• Cable sizing & Cable Schedule
• Cable rack routing
