Enventure team has extended a multi-year contract with one of the leading providers of Electronics Manufacturing Services to manage their material compliance needs. The contract entails compliance consulting, training, and overseeing the collection and review of compliance documents for EU RoHS and EU REACH regulations. The client is a global leader in providing Electronics manufacturing services to many multi-million organizations across the globe. This client is known for developing cost-effective and innovative solutions for manufacturers using the latest technology and advanced tools, with uninterrupted technical support staff and dedicated engineers. For an EMS, compliance management with relevant material and environmental regulations based on the customer’s operating locations is crucial. As a reliable partner, Enventure eases the challenge by acting as an extended arm to achieve and maintain global regulatory compliance. Enventure has developed a robust compliance management strategy that includes consulting and advisory support on global product and material compliance landscape, compliance documentation, training as well as support for the product lifecycle management. This engagement starts with assessing the client’s compliance status and reviewing their entire supply chain to analyze gaps and provide guidance in accordance with EU RoHS and REACH regulations. As part of a supplier engagement program, Enventure intends to collect and validate supplier codes of conduct and update compliance documents related to EU ROHS, and EU-REACH compliance for all items in the client’s BOM database. Further, followed by reviewing the parts database to identify duplicate parts and ensure that the right metadata is associated with each part. Supplier compliance documents are also collected through a vendor engagement program. As part of the program, suppliers undergo product compliance training and data reporting.
