The Lifecycle Management contract will entail that Enventure manages the entire ‘lifecycle’ of the Client’s direct materials inventory; to monitor the parts for obsolescence related issues. As part of the comprehensive contract, Enventure will be responsible for validating the lifecycle status of the parts in use – apart from certain critical part parametrics – and also for isolating any high risk parts and identifying alternative sources for single source parts. Enventure’s solution will deliver an effective early warning system that proactively monitors parts and will enable the Client to mitigate obsolescence risks well in advance. The annual maintenance contract for the inventory also takes care of the Client’s ongoing risk management needs.
