Fun with Clients

Enventure is a combination of ventures, energy and adventure. Enventure helps clients figure out how best to position their organization in rapidly changing business and regulatory environments, and then helps clients execute plans to get there. Offices presently in Hillsboro, Oregon and Helena, Montana, and trusted subcontractors throughout North America, allow Enventure to access talent often difficult for organizations to otherwise acquire. Enventure provides a unique "virtual, distributed" approach to clients with minimal overhead, which allows Enventure to deliver the highest quality strategic advice in the most cost-effective manner.

Enventure provides each client personalized, well-researched and trustworthy strategic advice and execution. Enventure provides these services with the integrity and personal commitment typically associated with excellent employees. Enventure’s focus is the energy sector, primarily concentrating on the electricity industry. However, Enventure is willing to venture into other non-related industries, including fairly extensive assignments in the wine industry.

Enventure undertakes short-term, transitory corporate assignments in dynamic and evolving business or regulatory circumstances that only last for a few months, believing that providing this expertise and strategic advice on an “as needed” basis makes good business sense and is less costly than businesses developing their own in-house expertise for one-time issues. Enventure works with clients on a longer-term basis to provide them with expertise, advice and execution strategies for business development when these companies are looking at developing new business lines for their enterprise and lack the necessary in-house expertise. Enventure also establishes and maintains long-term relationships necessary for clients to operate and succeed in circumstances where companies face an ongoing and changing political and regulatory environment.

Enventure’s “virtual” office approach allows us to be where the work is, be it on site, participating in regulatory forums or business negotiations at any location, or advising clients remotely from our offices. Enventure’s virtual approach minimizes costs to clients because we have minimal overhead and are only utilized on an “as needed” basis. Enventure works on a traditional hourly fee for service or retainer basis.

Enventure seeks interesting assignments and executes them with excellence. Enventure believes it is also important for us to find ways for us to team up with our clients to have some fun in the process.
