Enventure hits 2014’s best NPS scores. Stands tall at 80

Enventure, the global provider of engineering design and supply chain services, today announced its highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 80 in the year 2014. Enventure values its NPS score as both, a customer loyalty metric and a reliable criteria for using customer feedback to deliver superior value to its Clients.

The Net Promoter Score is based on customers’ direct feedback and measures their likelihood to recommend a business’s products or services in their respective marketplace. Scores can range from -100 to +100 with scores of 50 and higher considered a “best-in-class” performance level. A high Net Promoter Score is notoriously difficult to obtain. The NPS score 80, sets Enventure ahead of leaders in many other industries that utilize NPS as a metric for measuring customer centricity. The score also illustrates Enventure’s sincere commitment towards its clients.

“NPS is a globally accepted metric for measuring customer satisfaction, it is used by leaders in every field. We implemented the NPS system a while ago and have found the feedback and measurement methodology very useful. The fact that we have hit a high of 80, is a significant milestone in our NPS journey that we take a lot of pride in!
