1 Drawing preparation which includes Duct/Pipe sizing and modeling, schematics/control diagrams and schedules. Basic sheet setup experience will be an added advantage.

2 Basic experience on calculations like Ventilation, Heat load, Unit static & RFI response.

3 Extensive modelling/drafting experience. Basic Knowledge of all MEP streams & MEP coordination.

4 Ensure deliverables meet requirements by clarifying quality and accurate output. To follow internal quality processes.

5 Should have experience of healthcare, Data center, Residential and Commercial Projects.

6 Resolve Customer concerns on assigned work and ensure that the responsiveness is never compromised.

7 Following QC processes and implementing review comments.

8 Escalate issues (if any) to the Reporting Manager for the corrective and containment actions to be initiated on time.
