| Roles & Responsibilities: |
01 Lead the design and coordination of ELV and ICT systems including structured cabling, security (CCTV, access control), AV, telecom, and data networks. 02 Collaborate closely with architectural and MEP teams to integrate ELV systems seamlessly into the building design. 03 Create and review project deliverables such as riser diagrams, device layouts, schedules, and system schematics. 04 Oversee the development and QA of Revit/AutoCAD-based models for ICT systems. 05 Guide the team on system standards, device placement logic, equipment room planning, and cable routing strategies. 06 Participate in technical meetings with stakeholders, providing design inputs, resolving coordination issues, and supporting project reviews. 07 Monitor timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to client requirements and project standards. 08 Review families and templates used in ICT design workflows and coordinate updates to align with client preferences and evolving project needs. 09 Support BIM execution planning for ICT scope including clash detection, view setup, and coordination workflows. 10 Lead the design and coordination of ELV and ICT systems including structured cabling, security (CCTV, access control), AV, telecom, and data networks. 11 Collaborate closely with architectural and MEP teams to integrate ELV systems seamlessly into the building design. 12 Experience in client coordination, handling RFI/submittals, and supporting multi-disciplinary teams. 13 10 years of experience in ELV/ICT system design and coordination for large-scale commercial, healthcare, data center, or institutional buildings. 14 Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and structured modeling workflows. 15 Familiarity with standards such as BICSI, TIA/EIA, and relevant low voltage codes. 16 Strong understanding of ICT room layouts, rack elevations, cable containment design, and system integration |
