Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day administrative activities and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient office environment.

Monitor office supplies, stationery, and equipment; ensure timely procurement and maintenance.

Coordinate with facility management for repair, maintenance, and security services.

Maintain and update administrative records, files, and reports.

Manage front office operations, courier services, housekeeping, pantry, and vendor coordination.

Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements (flight, train, hotel, cabs, visa, insurance).

Prepare travel itineraries and share details with employees and ensure compliance with travel policy and maintain accurate travel.

Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, and transport vendors for best rates and service quality.

Coordinate travel bookings as per company policies and budget approvals.

Core Skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Soft Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of travel booking tools

visa processing, and expense management
