| The Roles & Responsibilities: |
1 Manage and maintain all controlled company documents, ensuring they are updated and accessible. 2 Create and manage document hierarchy and process systems, including identification, classification, and filing of documents. 3 Conduct regular document audits to confirm that documents are current and accurately reflect recorded evidence, ensuring compliance 4 Work closely with various departments to facilitate the document control process and ensure effective communication during external audits. 5 Train employees on records management procedures, including documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction, and disaster recovery. 6 Assist with file migrations, audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed, including preparing correspondence and reports. 7 Familiarity in project management documentation processes. 8 Proficiency in document management software |
