01 Minimum of 12 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on design and project progress tracking and coordination. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution.

02 Proven experience in designing electrical systems across multiple sectors, with expertise in at least one of the following: data centers, residential, commercial, healthcare, educational institutions.

03 Familiarity with electrical codes and standards such as NEC, NFPA, and other relevant industry standards.

04 Proficient in Revit, Naviswork, Evolve, and other electrical design software.

05 Ability to understand and meet client needs, ensuring that electrical designs align with project objectives.

06 Proficient in creating detailed models and drawings of electrical services in Revit, including lighting, power, earthing, and lightning protection systems. Skilled in preparing schematics, schedules, and detailed construction documents.

07 Experienced in developing 3D models of data centers in Revit and generating accurate 2D drawings. Capable of performing basic electrical design calculations to ensure compliance and performance.

08 Competent in modeling underground and overhead electrical elements in Revit with a strong understanding of constructability and site-specific constraints.

09 Skilled in modeling underground duct banks and effectively coordinating with stormwater, sanitary, and water services to avoid clashes and ensure seamless integration.

10 Knowledgeable in conduit spooling and capable of preparing detailed spool sheets to facilitate accurate prefabrication and installation.

11 Ability to perform quality checks as per client standards.
