Qualifications: Any Graduate
Experience: 3-7 yrs.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills which include written and verbal
  • Experience with the use of an online applicant tracking system
  • Experience with creating job postings to advertise on external job boards
  • Experience with creating recruitment reports using Excel Power Pivot
  • Excellent recruitment sourcing and data mining skills
  • Excel experience with the creation and use of email and SMS template communications with candidates
  • Has knowledge of HR policies and practices
Job Description:
  • Assists in the recruitment process by actively sourcing candidates for active positions
  • Maintaining sourcing databases to ensure all information is captured, updated, and reported properly
  • Designing automated email campaigns to provide high-touch service to passive candidates
  • Assist the Talent Management team in the preparation of job postings and advertisements on external job boards and/or websites
  • Provides recruitment reports regularly
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills and the ability to follow through independently
  • An in-depth understanding of our competitors and a thorough understanding of the factors influencing hiring
