Job Description:
  • Ensure customer or internal commitments are documented in Jira, along with key milestones
  • Add tasks and KPIs into Jira for various stakeholder. Where feasible or required, develop work breakdown, so as to create a detailed project plan
  • Conduct weekly or biweekly reviews with stakeholders, to monitor and update progress and changes to plan/schedule
  • Monitor key milestones, escalate as needed
  • Provide dashboard reports for executive leadership
  • Support client in implementing project monitoring and reporting rigor
  • Provide administrative support as needed to the team
