Qualifications: Any Graduate, CCNA/CCNP (Mandatory), Fortinet/Sophos (Mandatory)
Experience: 7-9 yrs.

Job Role
  • Troubleshoot user issues through remote or onsite support
  • Install and configure desktop applications, operating systems, and hardware
  • Perform network monitoring and server administration
  • Experience with remote support for IT operations
  • Dealing with multiple desktop programs, configuration, and debugging techniques, Protect systems
  • CCTV Solution administration and configuration
  • Oracle ERP Client installation and troubleshooting
  • Resolving escalated user’s complaints without the need for team lead intervention
  • Strong understanding and experience with user-level MS Exchange Support
  • Experience in managing and troubleshooting networking devices (Switches, Routers, Load balancers)
  • Patch systems with the latest upgrades and security hotfixes including desktops, routers, servers, and switches
  • Hands-on experience in managing Servers (Windows/ Unix/Linux), Backup
  • Management, Disaster Recovery, Failover, Endpoint Security Management
  • VPN (SSL, IPsec) Configuration, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting
  • Preparation of technical documents, reports, and user guidelines
