Very good communication skills and flair for creative writing.
Excellent presentation preparation skills
Should be very good with MS Office tools
Good understanding of WordPress
Understanding of IT/ITES offshore Services Industry

Lead International Marketing Strategy and overall marketing plan for the company, targeted primarily at USA & Canada
Manage marketing plan implementation independently
Drive digital marketing initiatives, manage online demand generation
Improve lead, prospect and client engagement via various medium (Website, Case Studies, Brochures, collaterals, blog, PR etc)
Identify and drive BTL marketing initiatives in the US
Improve online user experience by enhancing website
Develop traction on Social Media (Primarily LinkedIn & Twitter)
Market research to benchmark against competitors, market analysis and reporting
