• Should be well-versed in AutoCAD Plant 3D P&IDs as well as intelligent P&IDs in accordance with process guidelines.
• Able to create Piping material specification in AutoCAD Plant 3D as per P&IDs
• Should posses sound knowledge on equipment layout, piping layout, piping GAD and orthogenrations.
• Should be able to create or edit isometrics templates / border / scale / report format / drafting standards.
• Should be able to create Equipment models in AutoCAD Plant 3D as per Vendor Drawing.
• Able to create Tie-in List / Tie in sketch
• Able to do the piping routing in AutoCAD Plant 3D independently.
• Should be able to generate the stress isos, coordinate with pipe stress department and revise the 3D model as required.
• Possess thorough knowledge on pipe support standards for critical and non critical lines.
• Able to perform Initial clash check and 3D model review as per detail phase requirements
• Should be able to lead the 30%, 60% and 90% model reivew with customer.
• Should be able extract isometrics and review them as per the checklists following company’s standard review process.
• Should be able to extract MTO report from Plant 3D and review.
