Experience: 8-12 yrs.
Software Skills:
  • Exposure to Engineering service, REVIT, AEC industry

Job Role
  • Generating new business for architecture and engineering services (BIM, structural engineering, MEP services). Will be responsible for revenue target
  • Planning the Sales approach strategy based on the understanding of the services offered Defining criteria for customer classification
  • Prepare a plan for addressing these markets and implement that plan to achieve business/revenue targets
  • Establishing targets for the prospector and the telle-caller
  • Review and analysis of prospector and telephone caller efforts
  • Attend weekly meetings with Telle-callers and prospectors to discuss key findings and determine the next steps
  • Preparation of relevant Case Studies with the operations team to match the needs of prospective clients
  • Attending meetings with prospective clients setup by the telle-caller
  • Keeping a detailed record of all meetings, including those who did not attend
  • Answering questions and concerns about the services we offer
  • Keeping in touch with prospective clients on a regular basis & maintaining a good rapport
  • Using network and contacts to explore business opportunities, identify target accounts, develop prospect funnels, handle the sales cycle, map accounts, and close deals
  • Proposing ways to add value to the prospective client
  • Identifying opportunities for engagement with the prospective client
  • Preparation of proposals for RFPs received from prospective clients in cooperation with the operations team
  • Closure of opportunities for which proposals have been submitted
