Job Role
  • Planning Sales approach strategy based on an understanding of the services offered Defining criteria for customer classifications
  • Defining targets for prospector and tele-caller
  • Review and analysis of efforts made by prospector and tele-caller
  • Attend weekly meetings with Telle-caller and prospector to address key findings from analysis reports and define next steps
  • Preparing relevant Case studies with the operations team to match the requirements of prospective customers
  • Attending meetings with prospective clients setup by the tele-caller
  • Keeping a detailed log of meetings, including those that didn’t join the meeting
  • Fielding basic questions and concerns about the services we offer
  • Maintaining a good rapport with prospective clients
  • Proposing avenues for value addition to the prospective client
  • Finding relevant opportunities for engagement with the prospective client
  • Preparation of Proposal for RFPs received from prospective clients along with the operations team
  • Closure of opportunities for which proposal has been submitted
