Anil is a visionary leader, with over 25 years of management experience in the high-tech sector. He has consistently guided the company with his exceptional aptitude for innovation and strategic direction.
Prior to Enventure, Anil was a senior management executive with a Billion Dollar consumer electronics company, where he garnered many years of experience in Manufacturing, R&D, and Sales. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Always an ardent proponent of high standards of customer satisfaction, he is also a certified Net Promoter Associate and coaches the Enventure team on the NPS system.
Kiran brings to Enventure a wealth of knowledge in executive management, expanding markets, innovative solutions and building & managing a customer base. Since Enventure’s inception, he has fueled the company’s growth by introducing innovative services, developing go-to-market strategies and expanding Enventure’s global footprint – all of which has contributed to Enventure’s success in various business areas and markets.
Kiran drives Enventure’s strategic business growth initiatives, and leads a team that has enabled Enventure to establish a global footprint across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in Sales and Marketing.
Vivek holds the responsibility for managing overall operations and global delivery at Enventure, to ensure that customers as well as other stakeholders have a rewarding experience in engaging with Enventure. Vivek is also responsible for managing the services portfolio and nurture key client relationships.
He has over 23 years of experience in Global Engineering Design & Development across large corporations such as HCL Technologies, PTC, Volvo and Tata Motors, giving him very good understanding of a wide spectrum of industries like Automotive, Industrial, Heavy Engineering and Hi-Tech. His key strength lies in strategic planning, scaling business operations and P&L management. He is also known to have excellent capability in motivating and transforming teams to achieve excellence by inspiring trust & clarifying purpose. Vivek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Trichy, India.
Palaniswamy “KPS” heads the Plant Design Engineering group at Enventure, and provides leadership and strategic direction for the business unit. He also takes the lead on key customer engagements, apart from mentoring and developing the Plant Engineering team at Enventure.
KPS has over 30 years of experience, having worked for well-respected firms like Saipem, Uhde and BHEL. Over the years, he has successfully interfaced with many Project Consultants, EPC companies and end customers from the Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Petro Chemical & Power industries across the globe. He has extensively travelled across the world for various project review meetings, construction and commissioning support. Value Engineering is an area that always excites him and has been the focal point of several successful projects. He also takes a lot of pride in the fact that he has trained more than 500 Engineers on the job over the past three decades.
Peter heads Finance and Accounts at Enventure, which includes ensuring statutory compliance and managing the financial health of the company. He is an expert in international trade, foreign exchange management and budget control and has played a key role at Enventure in these areas, since 2006. He holds an MBA in Finance and has over 25 years of experience in financial management across different industries. Apart from the core finance function, Peter also manages the legal review function and general administration of the company.
Prior to joining Enventure, Peter was working in the Middle East, where he gained valuable experience in accounting and finance dealing, with international clients and partners.
Shweta leads the Human Resource function at Enventure, that includes driving talent acquisition and talent management strategy to fulfil business needs. She is also responsible for formulation of people policies, as well as deploying engagement initiatives, all of which help integrate Enventure’s multi-cultural & multi-generation workforce.
Shweta has in the past been associated with people-centric organizations like Wipro and HCL, where she was actively involved in building an enterprise wide culture of work ethics.
Shweta holds an MBA degree in HR and Marketing from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan, India.
